Service availability

Applications can be submitted online. Once approved, accounts support internal transfers and transactions with authorized, prefunded agents. External transfers and cards for use on other networks remain unavailable.

Account opening fees

Opening fees are USD 200 for personal accounts and USD 500 for business accounts. After application approval, payment is confirmed by manually reconciling funds actually received. Automatic card collection is not available.

Data and privacy

Applications collect the information and supporting documents needed for review. Supporting documents are encrypted and access is restricted to authorized staff. Language and session cookies support the service. Technical and audit logs protect accounts and record transactions.

Receiving details

Internal numbers identify accounts within the platform. They are not instructions for receiving funds from another bank. Receiving details will be published once the banking connection has been verified.

Contractual terms

Account operating procedures, customer rights, applicable fees and complaints procedures will be set out in the contractual terms before banking services become available.
